Problem Statement

The client had 100+ listing of users in Google My Business application. Information of each was seen manually and then reports were mailed manually one-to-one for each client.

Solution Approach

The solution approach required to amalgamate several factors such as the platform must be accessible to everyone and anytime. The solution automates the task of client.

Solution Output

1. We created a web hosted platform, where the client would login and the see the reports of 100+ users at single place.
2. There was a dashboard which would encapsulate all the information in the graphical format. This helped to identify the trends in reviews, ratings and relevant information.
3. Along with this there were multiple functionalities like the user could login and see his individual reports. The client could send the reports as mail, Now agency can view all reports in bulk view format.
