Problem Statement
The client needed to develop an application of Machine Learning methods to the domain of HIV/AIDS diagnostics and therapy planning.
Solution Approach
- We addressed this project from 2 different perspectives
- The first part of the project analysed the genetically-diverse HIV population present in infected blood samples.
Solution Output

- In the second part we did prediction by building a probabilistic model to find out if a person is HIV positive given their Region and their Test results and found out whether a person needs to be worried about his results or not.
